The company said directors Wei Yezhong and Shen Qifu, vice president Wei Zhiming, and shareholders Tao Hongqiang, Tao Hongzhu and Pan Rongguan plan to sell up to 20.8902 million A shares, or about 0.89% of total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date. The disposal period runs from October 8 this year to January 7, 2027, and the shares will be sold through centralized bidding and/or block trades at market prices. Based on the September 7 A-share close of RMB9.98, the planned sale could be worth about RMB208 million. The company said the six shareholders acquired the shares before the IPO and that the plan will not change control or affect operations.
