CR Land's Southwest Kowloon project The Sterling sold all 101 units offered in its final price-list sale last Saturday, according to ETNet.
The project has sold a total of 482 units, including price-list and tender units, across three sales rounds in 15 days, generating nearly HK$4.56 billion. CR Land Overseas Managing Director Shi Weixian said the A group drew strong demand, with all available three-bedroom units selected in less than two hours and 42 bookings recorded, raising more than HK$380 million.
The project also sold 18 tender units and set two new records. A unit on the 48th floor of Tower 3A, with a saleable area of 655 square feet plus a 597-square-foot rooftop, changed hands for HK$19.19 million, or HK$29,300 per square foot, both new highs for the project. Shi said the project’s Phase II, The Sterling II, has already obtained pre-sale consent, and sales preparations are under way, with details expected to be announced soon.
