Lululemon Athletica fell 20% after issuing current-quarter guidance for earnings of 93 cents to 98 cents per share on revenue of $2.29 billion to $2.32 billion, below analysts' estimates of $2.40 per share and $2.53 billion. Zscaler slipped nearly 2% despite posting fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.19 per share on revenue of $898 million, topping LSEG estimates of $1.09 per share on $877 million, while Adobe said Anil Chakravarthy will be its next CEO and shares were last down nearly 3%. Planet Labs gained 13% after reporting adjusted earnings of 2 cents per share on revenue of $116.1 million, above FactSet estimates for a 2-cent loss and $104.5 million in revenue. Asana dropped 9.5% after forecasting third-quarter revenue of $217 million to $219 million and adjusted earnings of 8 cents per share, below LSEG expectations, while Guidewire Software fell 14.5% after its current-quarter revenue outlook of $372 million to $378 million missed estimates. Samsara surged 15% after projecting full-year revenue of $2.04 billion to $2.05 billion and adjusted earnings of 76 cents to 78 cents a share, both above LSEG estimates, and UiPath lost 7.4% after guiding for adjusted operating income of about $100 million and revenue of $440 million to $445 million.
