X-Agent said AI coding tools are sharply lowering the barrier to software development, allowing a single developer to complete work that once required a small product and engineering team. According to ChainCatcher, the firm said one-person companies still face a bigger challenge in demand, trust, and distribution, since building a demo quickly does not mean it will enter users' or other agents' real workflows.
X-Agent said developers can start from a clear, practical capability instead of building a full SaaS stack with a website, login system, admin panel, subscriptions, and customer service. According to ChainCatcher, it suggested packaging data analysis, market research, automation workflows, or AI tools into MCP services so agents can understand what the service does, when to call it, what inputs are needed, and what output it returns.
The company said this is also the focus of its AI MCP Hackathon, which is aimed at helping developers turn real APIs, tools, or services into agent-native services with clear capability boundaries, stable interfaces, verifiable deployment, and long-term productization potential. X-Agent said the most important factor in the agent economy is not simply launching a service, but making it reliable enough to be discovered, trusted, and repeatedly used by other agents.
