According to Jin10, China's A-share three major indexes opened higher, then moved lower through the session and turned negative in afternoon trading, with the Shanghai Composite Index falling 0.30% at the close, the Shenzhen Component Index falling 0.79%, and the ChiNext Index falling 0.78%. The livestock sector surged, with pork, chicken, fisheries, and feed concepts among the top gainers, while several stocks including Luoniushan, New Hope, and Zhongshui Fisheries hit the daily limit up. Grain concepts opened lower and then rose, with Yasheng Group and Dunhuang Seed both hitting the daily limit up, while the marine equipment sector strengthened, led by China State Shipbuilding, and China Shipbuilding rose more than 9%. The liquor sector also rebounded intraday, with yellow rice wine themes strengthening and Gu Yue Long Shan and Kuaijishan both hitting the daily limit up. Tourism and hotels, beverages and food, digital currency, retail, film and television, building materials and cement, and AI applications were also among the top gainers. Technology stocks broadly pulled back, with memory chips, MLCC, CPO, helium, lithography machines, PCB, liquid-cooled servers, and humanoid robots among the biggest decliners. Turnover on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges reached 2.03 trillion yuan, about 271.8 billion yuan more than the same period yesterday, while about 2,200 stocks rose and 2,800 fell.
