Alibaba's Qwen Office product has surpassed 30 million users one month after launch, with more than half of them being enterprise users. According to ChainCatcher, the product completed 120 version updates in the past 30 days, averaging four iterations per day, and has added more than 1,000 features, while its international version is now live.
Qwen Office also open-sourced its enterprise context infrastructure, MyContext, which has gained more than 3,000 GitHub stars within weeks. It is integrated with IM software such as DingTalk to turn information scattered across messages, documents, approvals, emails, and knowledge bases into organizational context that agents can understand and use.
Alibaba's Qwen model team also launched an office-specific version, Qwen3.8-Flash, tuned for multi-step planning, tool selection, and context compression. In real office scenarios, single-task generation speed has reportedly improved by about 100%, while average token consumption has fallen by 75%.
Companies including Changan Automobile, Huitong Finance, Transfar Group, Zhongyi Co., and Lao Xiang Ji have already adopted the product. At Changan Automobile, Qwen Office has been used across the full research, production, supply, sales, and service chain, cutting wire harness selection calculations from two days of manual work to five minutes and reducing vehicle document checks from more than 10 minutes to 1-2 minutes.
