Xuan Zhu Bio Signs Thailand Commercial Agreement For Piroxilil Tablets

Xuan Zhu Bio (02575) said it has signed a tripartite commercial agreement with Thailand-based pharmaceutical company Innobic (Asia) and Good Morning International for its piroxilil tablets, with the deal running until June 30, 2036. Under the agreement, Xuan Zhu Bio granted the two partners exclusive commercialization rights for the product in Thailand, including import, promotion, marketing, offering for sale, sales and distribution. Innobic (Asia) will act as distributor and handle drug registration, local marketing and commercialization operations in Thailand, while the marketing authorization will be held in its name. Good Morning International will act as an intermediary and bear primary payment obligations under purchase orders. Xuan Zhu Bio will supply the product at an agreed price to support commercialization in the territory, according to ETNet.
