Shan Guotou A to Buy 1.0371% Stake in Kaiyuan Securities for 211 Million Yuan

Shan Guotou A said on August 31 that it plans to use its own funds to acquire a 1.0371% stake in Kaiyuan Securities from Xi'an Qujiang Cultural Finance Holding (Group), corresponding to 47.8469 million shares, according to Jiemian News. The transaction was won through a delisting process at the Western Property Rights Exchange and totals 211 million yuan, including 210 million yuan in equity transfer consideration and 1.0487 million yuan in exchange fees. After the deal closes, Shan Guotou A will hold a 1.0371% stake in Kaiyuan Securities and said the holding will not amount to control or significant influence.
