China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (02628) rose as much as 3% to HK$30.32, a one-month high, and was last up 2.8% at HK$30.24, according to ETNet. The stock traded 37.59 million shares worth HK$1.121 billion. Active buy orders outnumbered active sell orders 72:28, with net active buying of HK$474 million. It has risen for four straight sessions, gaining 7.5% over that period. Among related financial shares, China Construction Bank (00939) rose 3.45%, Agricultural Bank of China (01288) gained 2.33%, ICBC (01398) added 1.48%, China Merchants Bank (03968) climbed 3.33%, and Bank of China (03988) advanced 5.38%. Hang Seng Index was down 0.6% at 25,441, while the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index fell 0.1% to 8,480.
