According to the BBC, 27 people were killed in an overnight drone strike on Ukraine's Kyiv region, Governor Tymur Tkachenko said, with 42 others, including four children, injured in the Bucha district and 381 people evacuated. Tkachenko later said a 14-year-old was killed in a separate attack in the Boryspil district, while President Volodymyr Zelensky said more than 300 emergency responders were deployed to the strike area. Zelensky also reported further overnight strikes in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Zaporizhzhia, and Ukraine's army said it shot down 233 Russian unmanned aerial vehicles overnight into Saturday.
