Kenneth Rogoff, a Harvard University economics professor and former IMF chief economist, said the US deficit problem is unlikely to be addressed until a major crisis forces voters to act, according to Bloomberg. He made the comments to Bloomberg's Tom Keene at the Federal Reserve's annual conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
