Gatwick Airport was left without water in parts of both terminals after a burst main in a field in Horley, with SES Water saying it had located the fault and was repairing it, according to BBC. The airport said the issue was affecting water supply in both terminals and was under investigation, but flights were not affected. Toilets in the North Terminal were closed, while most toilets in the South Terminal were still working. Food outlets in the North Terminal remained open for passenger seating only. The outage follows a separate supply failure in July that left both terminals without running water for several hours.
