WeatherlyAround 5,000 Dropbox accounts were compromised between 4 August and 21 August after attackers exploited a flaw in Lenovo ID email verification to access linked accounts. Files were viewed or downloaded in fewer than a third of the affected accounts, and Dropbox has since removed the Lenovo ID link and required passwords for access.
