According to Jin10, Kazakhstan said its oil production has returned to a stable level after drone attacks in the Black Sea region cut July oil loadings on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) by one-fifth. International news agency Interfax cited Kazakhstan's Energy Ministry on Friday as saying that oil production is currently stable and has not declined. The CPC pipeline carries Kazakh crude to the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk and accounts for about 2% of global oil supply. Operations at the CPC terminal have been disrupted multiple times since mid-July.
