Three Whales Close Long Positions, Realizing $79,800 Losses

Hyperinsight monitoring showed that three whales sold their existing long positions during the midday hour, with total trades of about $7.2637 million and realized losses of about $79,800. According to Odaily, one address starting with 0x960 closed 167 Nasdaq 100 longs for about $4.729 million, realizing a loss of about $46,000; an address starting with 0x943 closed 1,248.3 SKHX longs for about $1.502 million, realizing a loss of about $18,000, and then opened a short position in SKHX worth about $225,700; and an address starting with 0x61c closed 3,262 GOOGL longs for about $1.032 million, realizing a loss of about $14,000. Only the GOOGL trade was confirmed to have been triggered by a $317 stop-loss order, while the others were active loss-cutting closes. At the time of writing, SK Hynix, Google and the Nasdaq 100 were down about 5.8%, 4.2% and 1.9%, respectively.
