Tether International said Twenty One Capital's board has appointed Raphael Zagury as the company's new chief executive officer. According to Odaily, Zagury currently serves as CEO of the Elektron Energy team and is also a member of Twenty One Capital's board.
Jack Mallers will step down as CEO and will work full time on Strike. The companies said they are moving forward with an orderly transition of responsibilities to maintain continuity during the leadership change.
Twenty One Capital and Strike have decided that Strike is better suited to operate as an independent business, and the companies are no longer considering a merger. Twenty One Capital said it will disclose more information about its future strategy and direction in the coming months.
