Fed July Hold Probability Rises to 84.5%

According to Jin10, CME FedWatch shows an 84.5% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep rates unchanged in July and a 15.5% probability of a 25-basis-point hike. The probability that the Federal Reserve will keep rates unchanged through September is 36%, while the probabilities of a cumulative 25-basis-point hike and a cumulative 50-basis-point hike are 55.1% and 8.9%, respectively.
