BrTcrm Integration announced that Xu Boxiong, a person acting in concert with the company’s actual controller, has recently died. According to Jin10, the board recently received notice from Xu’s family that he had passed away. As of the announcement date, Xu held 360,000 shares in his name, representing 0.24% of the company’s current total share capital. Xu was the father-in-law of PENGFEIZHANG, one of the company’s actual controllers, and had no role as a director, senior executive, or any other position at the company. He also did not participate in the company’s day-to-day production or operations management.
