According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Margin and Loan will delist and cease trading on all margin trading pairs for HOT (Holo) and THE (THENA) at 2026-07-03 10:00 (UTC). The exchange said the delisting schedule may or may not apply to other products depending on their association with the tokens being removed. Ahead of the delisting, Binance Margin will suspend borrowings for the affected cross margin tokens and isolated margin pairs at 2026-06-30 10:00 (UTC). Effective immediately, users will no longer be able to transfer any amount of the affected tokens into their margin accounts via manual transfers or Auto-Transfer Mode for Cross and Isolated Margin, with an exception allowing manual transfers up to the amount of outstanding liabilities, less any collateral already available.
Loan Services: At 2026-07-03 10:00 (UTC), Flexible Loan will close all outstanding loan positions involving the affected tokens as loanable tokens and collateral tokens, while VIP Loan will close outstanding loan positions where the affected tokens are used as collateral.
Margin and Settlement Process: At the Margin Scheduled Delisting Time, Binance Margin will close users’ positions, conduct an automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders on the affected isolated margin pairs before removing them from isolated margin. For cross margin, if users hold both collateral and liabilities in the affected tokens, collateral will be used to repay liabilities; remaining balances may be transferred to Spot Accounts up to a Collateral Margin Level (CML) of 2, with remaining delisted tokens fully sold, or fully sold if CML is below 2. If users only hold liabilities, pending orders may be canceled when CML is below 2 and other collateral may be sold to repay liabilities. Binance said users will not be able to update positions during the delisting process, which may take approximately 3 hours.
Portfolio Margin: If the affected tokens remain in a Portfolio Margin Account after the Margin Scheduled Delisting Time, they will be automatically liquidated, sold for USDT, and proceeds added to the user’s Portfolio Margin balance.
