Grayscale said the proposed CLARITY Act could benefit crypto applications that generate significant protocol revenue, while the bill’s timing and final provisions remain subject to negotiations in Congress. According to NS3.AI, Grayscale highlighted Hyperliquid as an example, citing $871 million in protocol revenue over the 12 months through June 24. Grayscale also cited PancakeSwap with $322 million and Aave with $125 million in protocol revenue over the same period.
