Binance Wallet Sets Two KGeN (KGEN) Trading Competition Periods With 594,000 KGEN Rewards

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Wallet will run a KGeN (KGEN) trading competition on Binance Alpha across two promotion periods: 2026-06-25 13:00 (UTC) to 2026-07-02 13:00 (UTC), and 2026-07-02 13:00 (UTC) to 2026-07-09 13:00 (UTC). Participants will be ranked by total purchase volume of KGEN during each promotion period, with only cumulative purchases counted and selling excluded. Binance said only trades executed via Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha on Binance Wallet will qualify, while third-party dApp transactions and token bridging transactions are excluded. The top 2,200 users by purchase volume during the promotion period will share 594,000 KGEN equally, which Binance stated equals 270 KGEN per user. According to the announcement from Binance, rankings will be based on “Effective Trading Volume,” which incorporates an Early Bird Boost Multiplier and, for eligible users, a Rising Trader Boost Multiplier. Under the Early Bird Boost, daily multipliers apply by trading day: Day 1 and Day 2 are 2.0x; Day 3 is 1.8x; Day 4 and Day 5 are 1.5x; Day 6 is 1.3x; and Day 7 is 1.0x, with the same schedule repeated for the second promotion period using the corresponding dates and times (UTC). Binance also said “Rising Traders,” defined as users who have won rewards in fewer than 3 previous Binance Wallet Alpha trading competitions as of three days before the start of the promotion period, may receive a 1.2x boost on actual trading volume up to a cap. Binance added that, effective from 2025-06-17 00:00 (UTC), trading volume from Alpha-to-Alpha token pairs will be excluded from the competition. Token rewards are scheduled to be available before 2026-07-23 13:00:00 (UTC), with a 14-day claim window after rewards become claimable.
