Remixpoint Forecasts FY2027 Results, Citing Bitcoin Price Assumptions

Remixpoint, a Japan-based corporate Bitcoin treasury company, released its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. According to Foresight News, the company expects net sales of 48.78 billion to 56.11 billion yen, operating profit of 6.72 billion to 14.06 billion yen, and net profit attributable to owners of the parent of 5.32 billion to 11.44 billion yen. Remixpoint projected earnings per share of 36.28 to 78.06 yen. The company said its digital asset management business is expected to contribute net sales of 5.11 billion to 12.44 billion yen, with segment profit in the same range. The forecast assumes a Bitcoin price range of $86,000 to $116,000 and includes expected valuation gains of 4.71 billion to 12.04 billion yen, as well as about 400 million yen in crypto asset lending income. Remixpoint also forecast segment profit of 2.01 billion yen for its energy business and 1.00 billion yen for its energy storage solutions business. The company said it views FY2027 as a key year for restoring profitability and increasing contributions from its business segments, and it plans to improve revenue structure and transparency of KPI disclosures across segments.
