Mesh, a cryptocurrency payment network, has announced the launch of the Mesh Alliance Program (MAP), aimed at addressing the issue of fragmented payments for global enterprises. According to Foresight News, the initiative focuses on enhancing industry interoperability. The initial members include several Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, wallets, exchanges, stablecoin issuers, and platforms, with more participants expected to join in the coming weeks.
MAP will establish a shared connectivity infrastructure, serving as a neutral orchestration layer. This will enable enterprise clients to transfer value across networks without the need to build cross-chain bridges or manage decentralized routing logic, thereby reducing operational costs and improving settlement speed and reliability.
