Whale Activity Boosts HYPE Purchases on Hyperliquid

On June 1, a significant increase in HYPE purchases was observed on Hyperliquid, driven by a rise in HYPE's value. According to BlockBeats On-chain Detection, eight major investors, known as whales, are planning to buy over 146,000 HYPE tokens using a TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) strategy, amounting to approximately $10.51 million. The top four addresses on the buying list belong to a single whale, who received around $10 million on-chain and distributed it across four addresses. This whale plans to continue purchasing within the next 24 hours, having already acquired 83,500 HYPE tokens worth about $6.01 million through TWAP orders. These purchase orders have already seen partial execution. Based on existing orders, the net buying power for HYPE via TWAP in the next 24 hours is expected to reach $11.2 million, marking a 186% increase from the previous day's data.
