Paradigm and Tempo Open Source Centaur AI Agent Runtime

Paradigm has announced the open-sourcing of Centaur, an AI Agent Runtime developed in collaboration with Tempo. According to Odaily, Centaur supports multi-user collaboration and secure operations in a self-hosted environment. Since January, Paradigm has utilized Centaur internally, significantly transforming its operations across various tasks, including investment, engineering, design, recruitment, events, and customer service. Centaur functions as a 'shared Agent,' capable of tool invocation, continuous operation for extended periods, and resuming tasks after system reboots. It can perform operations using real credentials without accessing raw secrets. Users can interact with Centaur via Slack or API calls.
