Bitget, through its Blockchain4Her program, continues to advance Web3 education and community building for women in emerging markets such as the Philippines. This program focuses on providing women and young people with a systematic blockchain knowledge framework, helping them participate in the long-term development of Web3 with a solid understanding and gain more substantial opportunities within the industry. To drive this goal, Blockchain4Her has prioritized supporting several grassroots initiatives launched by local women advocates. These include: translating blockchain technology into real development opportunities in underdeveloped communities; developing a dedicated learning resource, the "Young Learners’ Encyclopedia," for young people; and building a learning community focused on risk control and trading discipline. These initiatives not only help local beginners avoid misinformation and build a rational understanding of Web3, but also align deeply with Bitget's goal of collaborating with UNICEF to promote digital skills and blockchain education globally. Bitget CEO and Blockchain4Her founder Gracy Chen said, "Our initial goal was to provide a more equal and open environment for women to explore Web3. Seeing more and more outstanding women dedicating themselves to community building shows us how true industry inclusivity can take root and flourish from the grassroots."
