The Canadian government has announced revised projections for the country's real GDP growth over the next few years. According to Jin10, the government now expects real GDP to grow by 1.1% in 2026, a slight decrease from the 1.2% forecast made in November of last year. For 2027, the growth is projected at 1.9%, down from the previous estimate of 2.0%. The forecast for 2028 remains unchanged at 1.9%, while the 2029 projection has been adjusted to 1.9% from the earlier estimate of 2.0%. The government also noted that the real GDP is not expected to return to pre-tariff levels.
