SK Hynix Reports Q1 Financial Results Exceeding Expectations

SK Hynix announced its financial results for the first quarter on April 23. According to Jin10, the company reported revenue of 52.6 trillion Korean won, slightly below the expected 53.6 trillion won. However, net profit for the quarter reached 40.3 trillion won, surpassing the anticipated 30.4 trillion won. Operating profit also exceeded expectations, totaling 37.61 trillion won compared to the forecasted 35.7 trillion won. The average selling price of DRAM increased by approximately 60% compared to the fourth quarter, while NAND prices rose by about 70%.
