SpaceX warned investors in a filing that its ambitions to build a space-based artificial intelligence (AI) data center and establish human settlements on the Moon and Mars actually "rely on unproven technologies" and may not be commercially viable. The business risks outlined in this pre-IPO filing have never been previously reported. The filing also highlighted SpaceX's heavy reliance on its next-generation, fully reusable rocket, Starship, which has already suffered numerous delays and test failures. (CLS)
