The 17th Plenary Session of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance was held at the National Cybersecurity Base in Dongxihu District, Wuhan. Yu Xiaohui pointed out that artificial intelligence is rapidly entering the era of native intelligence, with four major trends worth noting: First, the capabilities of large-scale foundational models continue to break through, and programming capabilities are rapidly moving from "code completion" to "full-stack development of intelligent agents"; second, intelligent agent frameworks, represented by OpenClaw, are rapidly emerging, and the intelligent agent application ecosystem is experiencing explosive growth; third, the large-scale application of intelligent agents continues to activate the intelligent economy, and the rise in token consumption is driving rapid growth in cloud services; fourth, the security risks such as data privacy and abuse of permissions brought about by the rapid popularization of intelligent agents cannot be ignored, and security governance must be promoted in tandem with application promotion. He stated that the alliance will continue to focus on five aspects: technological innovation, application-driven development, ecosystem building, international cooperation, and security governance, to jointly create a new pattern for the development of the artificial intelligence industry.
