Iranian Parliament's National Security Committee spokesman Ibrahim Rezaei said on the 6th that the committee has begun reviewing a proposal aimed at exercising Iranian sovereignty and establishing new arrangements and a legal framework for the Strait of Hormuz. The spokesman stated that a strategic action plan to ensure the security of the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf was on the agenda at this meeting, and some parts have already been reviewed and approved.
