SpaceX is partnering with at least 21 banks to prepare for its blockbuster IPO, one of the largest underwriting syndicates in recent years, sources familiar with the matter revealed on Tuesday. Internally codenamed "Apex," the IPO, expected in June, is projected to value the company at $1.75 trillion and is poised to become one of Wall Street's most anticipated stock market debuts. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citigroup are acting as active bookrunners, the banks leading the deal, the sources said. They added that another 16 banks have signed on for smaller roles. About half of these banks have not been previously reported on.
