Binance Launches Special USDT Earn Promotion for CIS Users

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform has introduced a new promotion for its Simple Earn Flexible Products, specifically targeting eligible users in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). This promotion offers a 30% Bonus Tiered Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on USDT Flexible Products for a duration of 10 days. The promotion period is set from 2026-03-24 00:00:00 (UTC) to 2026-05-24 23:59:59 (UTC). Eligibility for this offer is limited to CIS users who have not previously subscribed to Simple Earn Flexible Products across any tokens before 2026-03-24 00:00 (UTC). New users may experience a delay of up to 48 hours before they can access and subscribe to the offer. The subscription format allows for a maximum of ten days, with rewards distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bonus Tiered APR rewards are credited daily to users' Spot Accounts, beginning two days after subscription. Additionally, Real-Time APR is accrued and accumulated in users' Earn Accounts every minute. The promotion features a total prize pool of 48,000 USDT, which will be distributed until the pool is exhausted or the promotion period ends. Users can subscribe to USDT Flexible Products with no minimum subscription limit, while the maximum limit is unlimited. The Bonus Tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to tier limits for each token. Redemption of Flexible Products within the 10-day period will halt the accrual of Bonus Tiered APR rewards for that day. Binance reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in dishonest behavior or tampering with program code. Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the platform periodically.
