Gate Pay launches Gate Pay for AI, enabling fully automated business processes for AI Agent-driven payments.

Crypto asset trading platform Gate officially launched Gate Pay for AI, a native payment infrastructure built specifically for AI Agents. This product combines the x402 protocol with a blockchain programmable settlement mechanism, enabling AI Agents to automatically complete API calls, data services, and transaction execution fee settlements without human intervention, truly bridging the entire automated business process from "transaction decision-making" to "autonomous payment" for AI. In terms of technical architecture, Gate Pay for AI provides a standard MCP interface and Skills module, allowing integration with various AI Agent frameworks and achieving autonomous payment capabilities in conjunction with Gate Wallet and on-chain infrastructure. Currently, the system supports networks such as Base, Ethereum, and Gate Chain, as well as stablecoins such as USDC.
