Shenzhen Longgang District's Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) Office has announced a public consultation on the draft measures to support the development of OpenClaw and OPC. According to PANews, the consultation period runs from March 7, 2026, to April 6, 2026.
The measures encourage market-oriented and professional platforms to establish 'Lobster Service Zones,' offering free OpenClaw deployment services with potential subsidies for eligible entities. Support is also provided for the development and promotion of OpenClaw-type intelligent tools. Contributions to international mainstream communities, development of skill packages related to Longgang's advantageous industries on skill trading platforms, and projects integrating embodied intelligent devices may receive subsidies of up to 2 million yuan upon recognition.
The district plans to open high-quality desensitized public data in areas such as low-altitude, transportation, healthcare, and urban governance, with reduced public data usage fees. For services related to data governance, annotation, and data asset registration used in OpenClaw framework development, application, and research, a 50% discount on actual expenses will be offered. Purchases of enterprise-developed, ready-to-use AI NAS (Lobster Boxes) will receive a 30% subsidy based on market price.
Focusing on fields like intelligent manufacturing, smart governance, smart parks, and smart healthcare, the district will annually select innovative and effective OpenClaw deep application projects to be awarded the title of 'Longgang District OpenClaw Application Demonstration Project,' with a one-time reward of 30% of actual investment, up to 1 million yuan. Seed-stage OPC projects with high technological content and innovation, particularly those led by young entrepreneurs, will be provided with investment and financing channels, with eligible projects receiving up to 10 million yuan in equity investment support.
