Bitdeer to raise $300 million through convertible senior notes offering

Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer announced it will raise $300 million through a convertible senior note offering, depending on market conditions and other factors. Bitdeer also plans to grant initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $45 million of the notes within 13 days of the initial offering date (inclusive). (Stocktitan)
