According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Ruihe Digital Technology Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company, disclosed that it has invested approximately US$3.81 million in Taiji Capital Group, which focuses on security tokens and RWA tokenization, US$1.75 million in a fund focused on providing licensed virtual asset services in Hong Kong, and subscribed to US$200,000 of the Bitcoin Plus SP fund, which distributes OSL digital securities. The company also disclosed that the virtual encrypted asset trading platform jointly developed with an independent third party has entered the development and testing phase as planned, and it is expected to apply for relevant intellectual property rights in the first quarter of 2026.
