According to PANews, British publicly listed company Smarter Web Company has announced a strategic investment move. On June 20, the company issued 766,719 new ordinary shares at a price of £4.95 per share to a single strategic investor, raising a total of £3,795,259 before expenses. In a related development on June 19, Smarter Web Company revealed that it had acquired an additional 104.28 bitcoins as part of its 'Decade Plan.' The purchase was made at an average price of approximately $104,500 per bitcoin, amounting to a total expenditure of £8.108 million.
