Across Launches ACX Token Conversion Portal Ahead of January 8, 2027 Deadline

Across announced the launch of an ACX token conversion portal. According to Foresight News, the move follows the "The Bridge Across" governance proposal, under which Across Protocol has been transferred to the newly formed Across, Inc. ACX holders can choose until January 8, 2027, to convert ACX into Across, Inc. equity on a 1:1 basis or exchange each token for USDC at a fixed price of $0.04375. The equity option has a minimum threshold of 250,000 ACX, is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to eligibility, legal limits and KYC requirements. U.S. applicants must be accredited investors. The company said ACX will be deprecated after January 8, 2027 and will no longer have governance, utility or economic functions.
