Anthropic told investors it was profitable for a second straight quarter, though the figure excludes the cost of building the next version of Claude, according to BeInCrypto, citing the Financial Times. The company also said adjusted operating income was positive again and gross margins topped 80%, but those margins exclude Amazon’s cut and model-training costs. Revenue reached $11.5 billion in the second quarter, 14 times a year earlier, as markets await Anthropic’s planned Nasdaq listing.
