Sungrow to Raise Prices of Solar and Storage Products by 5%-15% From September 20

Sungrow sent downstream customers a price-adjustment notice on September 11 saying it will raise prices for solar and storage products, including photovoltaic inverters, energy storage converters and energy storage systems, by 5%-15% from September 20, according to Jiemian News. The company said upstream material costs have risen more than expected and cost pressures have not eased, making current pricing insufficient to cover raw materials, manufacturing, technology upgrades and after-sales operations. It said the adjustment is intended to help keep product quality and delivery schedules stable and avoid damage to performance, lead times and service quality.
