According to Jin10, China's Securities Regulatory Commission's Department of International Cooperation issued a filing notice for Zhuhai Yiwai Technology Co., Ltd.'s overseas share issuance and listing, as well as the full circulation of its domestic unlisted shares, and the company plans to issue no more than 90,911,400 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 43 shareholders plan to convert a total of 360,133,644 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
