KB Financial Names Lee Jae-keun Final Candidate For Chairperson

According to The Korea Herald, KB Financial Group named Lee Jae-keun, chief business officer for global, wealth management and corporate finance, as its final candidate for chairperson, defying expectations that incumbent Chairman Yang Jong-hee would serve a second term. Following a meeting of its chair candidate recommendation committee, the group said Lee was selected as the final candidate and is expected to be formally appointed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
