STOCKS | Fuk Tin Industrial To Buy 81% Of Vietnam Textile Firm For $27.945 Million

Fuk Tin Industrial (0420) said it will acquire an 81% equity interest in a Vietnam textile company for $27.945 million, or about HK$219 million, according to Ming Pao. The remaining 19% will be held by minority shareholders. After completion, the target company will become an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the group, and its financial results will be consolidated into Fuk Tin Industrial's accounts.
