Fortum and Google Sign 22-Year Power Purchase Agreement for Loviisa Nuclear Plant

According to Wallstreetcn, Fortum and Google signed a 22-year power purchase agreement that provides economic certainty for extending the Loviisa nuclear power plant's operations to 2050 and increasing its generation capacity, covering up to 50% of the plant's output capacity. The agreement is expected to lift Fortum Group's comparable return on net assets by about 1.4 percentage points over the long term.
