Meizhong Jiahe Says Controlling Shareholder Re-Pledges 35.6023 Million H Shares

Meizhong Jiahe (02453) said controlling shareholder Beijing Taihecheng has fully released a pledge of 35.6023 million H shares and, on the same day, re-pledged the same shares to Zhongcheng Trust as security for a loan facility of up to RMB300 million, according to ETNet. The company said the pledged H shares represent about 4.54% of its total issued shares. It added that Zhongcheng is an independent third party to the group.
