STOCKS | GSK Markets Dollar Bonds to Refinance Nuvalent Bridge Loan

According to Wallstreetcn, GSK is marketing dollar bonds to refinance bridge financing for its $10.6 billion acquisition of U.S. biotechnology company Nuvalent Inc., after completing a 3.5 billion euro bond sale denominated in euros, or about $4.1 billion. People familiar with the matter said the offering is split into six tranches with maturities ranging from three years to 30 years, and initial price talks on the longest-dated bond are about 1.1 percentage points above U.S. Treasuries.
