STOCKS | Silvermedic-B Rises 3.9% After Founders Pledge Six-Month Lock-Up

Silvermedic-B (02591) rose 3.9% to HK$3.57, with about 9.69 million shares traded for HK$35.39 million, according to ETNet. The company said its board had been informed that founder, Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager Wang Qinghua, along with Executive Directors Jiang Fan, Xu Wenjie and Huang Bing, have each voluntarily undertaken not to sell any shares or interests they directly or indirectly hold in the company for six months starting August 15, 2026, when the lock-up period for the controlling shareholder after the company's global offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange expires. The four said they were confident in the company's future prospects and long-term development.
