Country Garden Services Announces Executive Director And Company Secretary Resignations

Country Garden Services Holdings (09982) said Executive Director Liu Lin has resigned to devote more time to other business commitments, while Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Xie Ziqian has stepped down due to personal work arrangements, effective from yesterday. ETNet reported that the company said Liu confirmed she has no disagreement with the board and that there are no matters related to her resignation that need to be brought to shareholders' or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's attention. Following Xie's resignation, the group will no longer comply with Listing Rules 3.05 and 3.28. The board said it will seek suitable replacements as soon as possible. Until a new company secretary and authorised representative are appointed, Wang Kai, together with an external company secretarial services provider and/or legal adviser, will assist with listing-rule compliance, corporate governance, announcements, statutory filings, communication with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and related submissions.
