Bitcoin OG Holders Increase Activity as 90-Day Spent UTXO Average Reaches 1,500 BTC

Darkfost said activity among Bitcoin OG holders, defined as those who have held BTC for more than five years, has increased recently. According to Odaily, the 90-day moving average of their spent UTXOs has risen to 1,500 BTC, double the May level. The report said the transfers are not necessarily sales and may reflect moves to safer storage after events such as the Coldcard incident.
